About the Role
 

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our Caulfield residential aged care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing, and dignity in a safe and welcoming environment.
 

Working within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare, and, under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored and individualised care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
 

About You

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • Medicines administration education (essential)
  • Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable)
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
