Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Install, configure, and upgrade KLA software products at customer sites.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for customer issues.
- Manage customer projects, including beta evaluations and new product adoption.
- Work closely with HQ engineering, product teams, and local business units to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.
- Prepare software documentation, training materials, and support records.
- Escalate complex issues to R&D and collaborate on long-term fixes and product improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Management Information System or related field
- Proficient at MS Windows O.S Administration, Oracle DB Management, various non-relational DB experience, Cloud hosting applications experience
- PowerShell scripting and MS SQL Server Administration Experience
- Domain knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process
- Experience installing and maintaining an enterprise application, such as DMS/YMS/MES system experience
- Good software documentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Customer facing project management experience is essential
- Up to 30% International travel required
