What you’ll be doing...As an Engr I QA Tester for Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Sustainability, you will mitigate production defects and enhance the user experience through rigorous Quality Assurance testing. Specializing in Planning and Procurement, you will validate functionality based on LQT (Liaison Quality Tester) strategies for bug fixes and enhancements across all testing cycles, including FUT, ITC, UAT, Regression, and Post-Production. You will collaborate with VZ and 3PL on/offshore testing teams to align on delivery lifecycles and daily work instruction strategies. You will identify, own, and resolve failed test scripts while ensuring that VZ and 3PL defects are documented and tracked in a timely manner. Additionally, you will partner with QA Test Leads, Technical Project Managers, Application Support, and technical teams to resolve defects identified during the testing cycles.
Testing functionality for fixes, enhancements, and new releases prior to end-user acceptance.
Executing daily work instructions, ensuring adherence to testing timelines and sign-off dates, and proactively escalating potential delays.
Uploading accurate testing and defect evidence into JIRA, ALM, or QTEST.
Participating in defect management meetings for assigned testing areas.
Driving defect resolution processes.
Developing documentation for upcoming releases
Supporting end-user and production support training, as well as organizational change management (OCM) development strategies.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience in SAP application suites (S4 HANA, IBP) or equivalent experience.
Experience in Demand/Supply Planning and/or Procurement.
Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing issues.
Experience in system testing.
Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
