The Customer Engagement (CE) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Technical Engagement Managers and Application Engineers. The team partners closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, software, and expertise, to help customers manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, partnering with our sales team in identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our sales organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and perform high quality customer demonstrations, both in-house and in the field as needed.

- Provide technical after-sales support for customers to help insure successful use of our tools.

- Provide customer training as needed to supplement the Applications Engineering staff.

- Communicates and resolves issues to ensure successful sign off with customer is reached.

- Provides applications support for the customer in difficult cases requiring best possible knowledge of the equipment capabilities and theoretical understanding of processes.

- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- MSc degee in Engineering.

- 3+ years experience in semi-conductor, lithography area prefered. 

- Excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting technical information to small or large audiences

- Self-starter who is comfortable managing himself and his/her daily activities

- Willing to travel approximately 75% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
