The Role

What we do

Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare!

Working in the Product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team within the Business Performance domain. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will play a key role in shaping how Billing & Packaging scales with Doctolib’s growth, while enabling short- and mid-term business needs.

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to build the foundations for a scalable, global Billing & Packaging system that empowers our teams to experiment, sell, and grow efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Own and define the vision and product strategy for Billing & Packaging, advocating for it at all levels - including Product Leadership.
  • Turn strategy into action by partnering with engineers, GTM teams, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Provide scalable technical frameworks to support business use cases, including:
    • Billing: implementing discount strategies at scale, testing marketplace models with usage-based billing.
    • Packaging: teasing paying features in a scalable way, and flexible offer creation.
    • Product-Led Growth: supporting free trial &  self-subscription and other PLG initiatives.
  • Simplify our internal billing engine: unify all systems under a global licensing model while accommodating local market needs.
  • Lay the groundwork for international expansion, ensuring new countries can be launched efficiently from 2026 onwards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other domains and product teams, as Doctolib opens new markets, launches new products, and scales its Growth strategy.

Who you are

If you meet most of the requirements below and believe this opportunity aligns with your experience and ambitions, we encourage you to apply!

  • Have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of a product: working with engineers, leading discoveries, writing specifications, launching features, measuring impact, and iterating.
  • Bring expertise in Billing, Packaging, or Product-Led Growth (experience in all three is a strong plus).
  • Are comfortable working with complex technical frameworks and can translate them into clear, actionable strategies for business teams.
  • Have a highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution.
  • Have scaled B2B SaaS products internationally, navigating complex, high-growth environments where systems must evolve while running at full speed.
  • Are fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum).
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset.
