About the Job:

To further enhance our platform's usability and accessibility, we are seeking a talented UX Specialist with a proven track record in improving user experiences for institutional clients in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space.

As a UX Specialist, you will play a key role in refining and redefining the user experience of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create a best-in-class interface that meets the unique needs of institutional clients. Your experience with crypto platforms such as Coinbase Prime, Bybit, OKX, Hashkey, or Binance will be invaluable in understanding industry standards and innovating beyond them.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the workflows, pain points, and needs of institutional clients in relation to custody, staking, trading, and Web3 connectivity.
• Engage with clients and business teams to collect feedback and improvement ideas around UX
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve platform usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
• Develop user interface guidelines, style guides, and consistent UX patterns to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor platforms, and best practices in crypto and blockchain UX design.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of UX design.

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex platforms.
• Experience working on crypto or blockchain platforms, such as Coinbase Prime, Bybit Institution, OKX Institutions, Binance, or similar.
• Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of institutional clients in the digital asset/crypto space.
• Knowledge of Web3 connectivity concepts and wallet integration
• Expertise in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Ability to design intuitive workflows for complex financial and technological products.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
• Understanding of institutional finance workflows and requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
