Full job description
This is a search for a dynamic hospitality professional who combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in guest experience. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical services for the property.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation initiatives, and safety compliance.
- Supervise and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) operate efficiently and reliably.
- Support sustainability and operational efficiency goals in line with brand and ownership standards.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to maintain the highest standards of property performance and guest satisfaction.
- Rate of pay- $19.50 - $20.50
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Plumbing systems
- Electrical systems
- HVAC units
- Appliances and fixtures
- Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to guests
- Maintain accurate documentation/logs of all work performed
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
