How You’ll Make an Impact- Design and deliver technical training programs tailored to transformer engineering teams.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Develop blended learning experiences using digital tools, peer learning, and hands-on activities.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
- Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Align learning initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of growth.
- Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials and resources.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and transformer technologies.
- Proven skills in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Ability to travel 10–25% as needed.
