The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Engineering Technical Specialist located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes and standards.
• Assists with training in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs.
• Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets. Supports the development and implementation of standards.
• Assists in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance.
•  Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity.
• Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
• Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Level 1: Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
• Level 2: Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years working with Customers & Suppliers.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work under general direction
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Summary pay range:

Level 1: $55,250 - $74,750

Level 2: $71,400 - $96,600
