Your Role
- Manage a team of 10 – 15 engineers
- Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality
- Mange project deliverables with adherence to schedule
- Manage risks, quality and customer requirements
- Streamline software development process across OEM projects
- Provide technical direction
- Conduct regular project reviews and take corrective action
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation
- Overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 12-14 years
- Min 12+ years in embedded Automotive Embedded Software Development
- ADAS Algorithm development with good understanding and experience in leading group of engineers
- Min 2+ years in leading Project Execution
- Customer interface experience, people management
- Software project management experience involving multi-site development
- Proficient in Embedded C, C++ or Model based development
- Critical & proactive thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of ASPICE
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
