Engineering Team Manager – ADAS – Autosar
Work Time – 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Help shape the future of mobility.
You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for:
Your Role
- Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
- Project delivery planning and execution ownership
- Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
- Streamline SW Development process across multiple Scrum teams, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews across scrum teams and takes corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
- Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets.
- Ensure proper work hand of between multiple scrum team across time zone.
- Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 12-16 years
- #EXP[12-16]
- Min 13+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol automotive real time software engineering , Good understanding & experience in leading group of Engineers
- Min 4+ years in leading Project Execution, customer interface experience
- MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit Controller Architecture with SW Project management experience involving multi-site development
- A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission
- A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
