The Deep Sector and Private Markets Engineering team in the Dealmakers & Wealth group is hiring for an Engineering Team Leader to manage a team of engineers in the United States. In this role, you will work with individuals whose efforts are working towards FactSet's new Screening capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring your teams are prepared, coached and supported to deliver on their strategic outcomes. Your focus will be to develop and sponsor the growth of your team, while also partnering with product and engineering leadership across the program. You will report to the Director, Deep Sector and Private Markets Engineering.

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 years relevant technical or software engineering experience
Critical Skills:
-
Experience leading a team of 3 engineers

Experience building partnerships with Engineering, Product Management, and others

Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, Python, SQL
Additional / Desired Skills:
-
Knowledge of the financial services ecosystem is preferred
Education:
-
BA/BS degree in STEM
The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of Connecticut and New York is $135,000.00 – $145,000.00
