The Role: Drive Engineering ExcellenceWe're searching for an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to be the driving force behind the teams on one of our main products - our CRM, LeadSpark. You're not just a manager - you're a technical mentor and an inspirational leader who looks for win-win opportunities and understands that flawless execution is the ultimate key to success.

- Champion Best Practices: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge software development best practices and agile methodologies across your team.
- Align & Deliver: Collaborate seamlessly with product managers and key stakeholders, ensuring our technical solutions precisely align with critical business objectives.
- Optimize & Elevate: Continuously monitor team performance and productivity, refining workflows based on invaluable continuous feedback.
- AI-Native Mindset: You'll contribute to an environment where AI is already integrated into our daily operations, and you'll be key to our ongoing AI-native transformation
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing and inspiring high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Backend Mastery: A strong background in PHP + Node.js, coupled with experience in additional programming languages.
- Frontend Fluency: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Data Whisperer: A deep understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
- Architectural Acumen: A profound grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- DevOps Advocate: Solid experience in a DevOps culture, with a strong emphasis on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- People-First Approach: A genuine passion for developing team members through dedicated coaching and constructive feedback.
