monday.com is looking for a Engineering Team Lead to join our brand new AI R&D team within the platform, to build new team within brand new AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform including defining the strategy of using LLMs, training it with proprietary data, and productizing it as part of our platform offering.

monday AI team is responsible for the end-to-end generative AI features within the monday.com platform, creating new experiences and value for our users and building the next-generation capabilities to enhance our platform. monday.com is looking for a team lead to join the BigBrain Data Insights team and take a key leadership role in building the next 10x tool for our employees. You’ll join the BigBrain org based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
• Centralize team's activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bugs management, and planning your team's iterations in an Agile environment.
• Develop features end-to-end, from thinking about the product, working with UI/UX design team, development, testing, deployment, to post-deployment analysis.
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
• Ability to scale out teams and groups, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
• Strong technical and product skills with passion for delivering slick products and tools with high impact
• Impact driven - measure everything, make sure every task moves the needle and utilize your resources to maximize the team's impact on every Q.
• Able to lead the team from the ground by keeping a strong hands-on routine.
