and life sciences, is looking for a "Engineering Systems Specialist” based out of Tucson, AZ
Job Duration: Long term Contract (Possibility Of
Further Extension)
- Develop and evaluate design concepts, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and reliability standards.
- Participate in design and technical reviews, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct testing, validation, and reliability assessments for product and system performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes of issues and propose engineering solutions.
- Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Review and analyze technical data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to patentable inventions and innovation initiatives.
- Present and discuss technical data within the engineering team.
- Promote a “Quality First Time” culture across all project activities.
- Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
- Solid understanding of fundamental and some specialized engineering concepts.
- Experience in system integration and lab-based equipment testing (hands-on experience preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other technical documentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in design, testing, or system integration preferred.
