This jack of all trades loves fixing things and leading a team. Their primary role is to assist in developing and implementing plans to maintain the property, equipment, grounds and other assets, in a safe and suitable return back to standard. They will also lead a Ninja-like team that is properly trained in guest satisfaction and the standard operating procedures for the property. Like every Ninja always looking for the opportunity to teach their team (Wax up, wax down moments), and improve results. Not afraid of using any tools/sword and getting dirty if needed. 


Requested Tasks:

  • Visually inspect quality of work and direct team members and outside contractors in tasks 
  • Assign supervise and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of the hotel 
  • Respond to emergencies 
  • Supervise remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress and cost tracking 
  • Plan, prepare and monitor special projects 


Requested Capabilities:

  • Prior experience required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently lead a team 
  • Thorough knowledge of the property
  • Work with outside vendors as needed on projects (bid projects, scope of work, timelines, etc.)
  • CPO Certified preferred
  • Schedule flexibility
