What Success Looks Like:
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, including equipment, processes, and production activities
- Supervise and support daily work of manufacturing and technical engineering teams
- Manage full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals
- Identify equipment and tooling needs; prepare RFEs and support capital budget planning
- Oversee design and development of manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality, durability, safety, and strong operator experience
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all designs (prints, pneumatic, and electrical schematics)
- Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
- Evaluate project costs and provide recommendations for equipment, tooling, and design improvements
- Build a high-performance culture through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of engineering staff
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and address performance or behavior issues as needed
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, or a related field or combined education and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Supervision and/or project leadership experience required
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $126,000 per year w/ bonus potential
