The opportunity:
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a solid engineering or heavy fabrication background. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside long-standing team members, support the Engineering Department Manager, and help drive safety, quality, and constructive changes in our busy workshop.
In this role, you will:
- Support and motivate a seasoned crew of professionals.
- Ensure safety and deliver high-quality work every day.
- Co-ordinate resources, job scheduling, estimating, quoting, and rostering.
- Handle customer enquiries and internal communication in a timely manner and with a professional approach reflecting Fulton Hogan’s core values.
- Champion a positive, respectful culture.
