Responsibilities  

• Lead the team responsible for designing tests for computer peripherals and display products 
• Drive technical expertise in computer peripheral and display reviews under your supervision 
• Fosters a culture of open feedback, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and goals
• Ensure consistent application of processes for launching projects across the team
• Guide the team in applying design principles and adapt them when necessary to meet project needs

Qualification/Experience  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, software, etc.) or equivalent background/experiences
• 3-5 years of working experience in engineering or in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience leading engineering teams. 
• Interest and knowledge in computer peripherals and display is a great asset (mice, keyboards, routers, TVs, Monitor, etc)
• Good at using data, evidence, and logical reasoning to formulate project and team goal
• Good at problem solving
• Knowledge of Matlab or Python
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
