- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and exposure within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Team Worker, Communication, and Technical Writing.
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Experience in:
- Equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, MVP).
- FDA Compliance
- Statistical, and Measurement System Analysis.
- Packaging Excellence, PFMEA, SOP, and Process Map.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots, and provides technical skills during research and product development.
- Under the direction of the Engineer Section Head, provides technical direction to department engineers.
- Plans and coordinates larger-scale engineering projects or several medium or small-scale projects while acting as a technical specialist for a specific section.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments and technology.
- Monitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency.
- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
- Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects.
- Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the job area.
- The equipment needs to be validated for our packaging operations.
