The Opportunity
As a Senior People Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with senior leaders across the Engineering teams in our global SaaS enterprise. You will bring a strategic focus to the role, working closely with people managers from Leads to Senior Vice Presidents to ensure that they receive timely and effective support in talent management. You will be a trusted strategic partner in managing projects and programs that focus on recruiting and retaining top talent, enabling teams to meet ambitious goals. Additionally, you will handle both operational and tactical matters while demonstrating autonomy and independence. You will also contribute to global strategic projects related to the People function, including culture initiatives, organizational development, communication, and other cross-functional efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, guiding and enabling them to align business and people strategies to drive team performance and enhance the overall company mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive the People Strategy, promoting organizational health and productivity across the Engineering department.
- Use data and insights to shape strategic decisions regarding organizational design, structure, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Advise and coach leaders on organizational strategy, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and decentralized decision-making.
- Partner with senior leaders on global talent planning, investing in critical talent, and planning for future business needs to meet ambitious targets.
- Ensure that engineering leaders and the organization understand, follow, and effectively implement the company's HR processes, exerting a positive influence on them.
- Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with our company's core values and growth mindset.
- Support the leadership team through ongoing growth and organizational evolution, helping to manage challenges related to scaling a fast-growing tech environment.
- Ensure regular presence in the office (2-3 times per week) for close collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a track record of strategic HR leadership, preferably in a mix of scale-up and established tech companies.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and align it with business outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with experience working in a global, remote, or hybrid team setup.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with senior leadership in fast-growing tech environments or consultancies.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and coaching leaders to drive high-performance outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to integrate HR strategies with broader organizational goals.
