Position Summary
The Engineering Recruiter plays a key role in driving revenue by building strong talent networks, partnering closely with clients, and executing with discipline and urgency. This is not a transactional recruiting role—success requires strategic relationship-building, consultative influence, and consistent production.
You will be responsible for engaging high-value engineering professionals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring both candidates and clients experience a high level of trust and partnership. The role demands structure, accountability, and a commitment to delivering results in a performance-driven environment.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Build, nurture, and maintain a deep network of highly qualified engineering professionals.
- Conduct high-quality career conversations to understand candidate motivations, career goals, and technical experience.
- Source, screen, and assess talent through multiple channels, including cold outreach, referrals, and targeted market engagement.
Client Partnership & Recruitment Execution
- Match candidates to client opportunities with a long-term, consultative approach.
- Partner with clients to fill critical engineering roles, ensuring alignment on requirements, expectations, and hiring priorities.
Relationship Management & Advisory
- Build trust and credibility with both clients and candidates as a knowledgeable recruiting advisor.
- Provide market insights, talent recommendations, and strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain structured communication, follow-ups, and accurate pipeline management.
Performance & Production
- Conduct 8–12 meaningful candidate conversations per week.
- Deliver 3–5 qualified candidate submittals weekly.
- Achieve 1–3 placements per month (based on ramp-up).
- Prioritize workload using the organization’s role-tagging system to ensure focus on high-impact opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of offshore recruitment experience supporting the US, UK, or Australian market.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
- Strong active listening and probing skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Ability to understand technical information and communicate responses clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
- High level of personal accountability, motivation, and ownership of results.
- Ability to work with structure, urgency, and consistent execution.
