Engineering Quality Leader with active Czech and English

The Engineering Quality Leader will be responsible for harmonizing and maintaining engineering quality for BRUSH power generation product lines, across all engineering sites. Improve existing processes and implement new ones based on bench-marking engineering needs with Baker Hughes (BH) engineering standards.

As a Quality Engineer, you will also:

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance department on non-conformity (NCR) and related Root Cause Analyses (RCA)

• Ensuring engineering corrective actions are implemented up and review effectiveness until proper closure.

• Introducing engineering NCR & RCA metrics and KPI aligning with Baker Hughes standards and tools.

• Ensuring Engineering Cost to support company NCR are properly tracked.   

• Lead the Change Management process (PCB)

• Assess engineering processes and procedures updating existing or introducing new based on organization changes.

• Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance to with 6S Checklist.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent)

• Be able to prove at least 5 years of functional quality experience

• Be able to speak and write English and Czech fluently

• Black Belt Certified

• Demonstrate problem solving skills
