The scope of technology initiatives at NN is extensive and continues to expand. Currently, we are embarking on a major Data Center consolidation project, centralizing all NN data centers into the Dutch Private Cloud—an ambitious undertaking that will shape the future of our digital infrastructure. To ensure the successful delivery of this project and other strategic initiatives, we are seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Prague.
Your impact at NN
As Engineering Project Manager, you will take the lead on the Data Center consolidation project—a key strategic initiative aimed at centralizing and streamlining NN’s data centers into a state-of-the-art Dutch Private Cloud environment. Working closely with both technical and business teams, you will drive organizational change, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and provide central project oversight for this high-visibility transformation.
What you will do
Lead and deliver the end-to-end execution of the Data Center consolidation project, overseeing the transition of multiple data centers into the Dutch Private Cloud.
Manage multidisciplinary, cross-business line change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring seamless cooperation among network, infrastructure, and business teams.
Manage expectations of all the stakeholders through proactive communication.
Represent project and its goals to stakeholders, creating and maintaining project charters, documentation, and planning materials.
Make critical decisions, applying market-leading best practices to the consolidation initiative and beyond.
Oversee project financials and business cases.
What you bring
A completed Master’s degree and extensive experience, preferably managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Experience with Data Center transition, infrastructure projects, or similar complex IT programs is a significant advantage.
English at advanced level, strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (PRINCE, Agile, Six Sigma) and an understanding of delivering projects in regulated corporate environments.
Experience with project financials or business cases is an asset.
Collaborative leadership style and the ability to work independently in an international setting.

How we hire
After reviewing your application, including your CV in English, you will receive a short phone call from Petra (Talent Acquisition Partner) to discuss basic details about your previous work experience and the open position. If everything goes well, we will meet online (if face to face is not possible for any reason) for two interview rounds. One of the rounds will be an open discussion with Petra and Pavel (Engineering Manager), focusing on your knowledge, expectations, and all relevant details about the role. The second one will be more technical, and we will invite one or two members of our current team.
