We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join the Engineering Department team at P&G in Seropédica - RJ.
- As an Engineering Project Manager, you will:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members
- Document processes, decisions, and project outcomes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
- Live in or have mobility for a full-time face-to-face work Seropédica - RJ
