GE헬스케어 성남 초음파 생산 연구소에서 초음파 장비의 Program Manager(부장이사급)를 채용합니다. 신제품 개발(NPI) 및 유지보수 프로그램을 주도하며, 프로젝트 범위·목표·성과를 정의하고 일정·예산·자원을 관리합니다. 전자기기 업계 경력 혹은 다양한 글로벌 엔지니어링 팀과 협업해본 경험이 있으신 최소 10년차 이상의 경력자를 우대합니다.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through New Product Introduction (NPI), requisition, and sustaining programs.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage program resources, budgets, schedules, and tollgate processes to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Apply technical expertise, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making to solve moderately complex engineering and operational challenges.
- Identify and mitigate program risks; escalate issues appropriately to ensure resolution.
- Demonstrate agility in managing dynamic program environments, adapting to shifting priorities, and driving timely decisions to meet evolving business and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with design control processes and applicable regulatory requirements throughout development.
- Collaborate effectively with Global Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Communicate program status, key milestones, and risks to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, Lean principles, and operational excellence.
- Influence program outcomes to meet customer Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, product development, or program management, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering programs and achieving key performance targets (reliability, cost, serviceability, delivery).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, document, and execute programs effectively.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Design Control, ISO 13485, MFDS and FDA regulations.
- Ability to influence across functions and drive alignment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
