Summary of Role:  

We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead complex silicon development programs from concept through production.

This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, driving alignment, execution rigor, and delivery predictability across highly cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical depth, structured program leadership, and a track record of delivering complex semiconductor programs at scale.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end program execution across silicon/IP development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, and quality targets

  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams

  • Establish execution discipline and predictability through rigorous tracking, metrics, and governance

  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; drive mitigation strategies and timely escalation

  • Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership; facilitate executive reviews and decision-making

  • Drive stakeholder alignment across technical and business domains in a global, matrixed environment

Other Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with architecture, hardware, firmware, IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure program success

  • Support internal and external audits as required

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development

  • 2–3+ years in program or technical project management delivering complex programs to successful completion

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs

  • Strong execution mindset with a track record of meeting commitments and driving outcomes

  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success working in global, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed, global semiconductor environment

  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credential

Expected Salary Range

$143,000.00 - $247,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
