Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned engineering and NPD programs from planning through commercialization.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and action trackers.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and regional engineering teams.
- Drive project reviews and provide regular status updates to management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate product testing, certification, validation, and launch activities.
- Ensure successful execution of product roadmap initiatives and launch readiness.
- Establish and improve project governance, reporting, and execution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, program management, product development, or related roles.
- Experience in HVAC products, particularly Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), or applied systems is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions without direct authority.

- Product development lifecycle management.
- Engineering change management and risk management.
- Product certification and regulatory compliance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent project management tools.
