Duties and Responsibilities

Main areas of responsibilities are:

  • Content analysis for proposals and engineering evaluation estimation
  • Technical activity and manpower within the project (timings, preliminary costs) planning
  • Compliance to the customer's requirements, assuring the use of company standards (products, processes, norms ...) and pointing out the standardization opportunities
  • Timing, quality and targets. Tracks and reports on project status.
  • Develops Strategic Workload Scenario
  • Promotes global utilization of Comau Resources.
  • Project KPI's and Trends to documented budget
  • Guarantee coherences between OA forecast and monthly workload elaboration and simulation
  • Promotes global utilization of Comau Resources.
  • Populates the corporate Global W/L Capacity Tool
  • Collects data from multiple functions and countries
  • Drives revision of key WL Inputs such as: Backlog (Current Projects) & Futures (Order Acquisition)
  • Develops Strategic Workload Scenario
  • Project KPI's and Trends
  • Budget roll-ups and monitoring and reporting
  • Guarantee coherences between OA forecast and monthly workload elaboration and simulation
  • Guide Project teams through the Outsourced Design process
  • Proactively raise awareness of potential slips in timeline, budget, etc.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experiences
    • A minimum three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required
  • Languages
    • English

Knowledge & Skills

  • Internal product/process
  • Customer knowledge (specification and application)
  • Customer Technical management (Main Customer/project already managed)
  • Value analysis, design to cost
  • Specific IT tools: Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Workspace

Skills Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of relevant work-related experience.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of internal products, processes, company standards and norms.
  • Customer specification and application knowledge; experience managing customer technical relationships.
  • Experience with value analysis and design-to-cost.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Project planning, timing control, KPI tracking, budget monitoring and workload forecasting experience.
  • Ability to collect and consolidate data from multiple functions and countries and populate capacity tools.
  • Team leadership, responsibility management, continuous improvement mindset.
