Responsible for creating and deploying the strategic NPI for the region and the sites, with defined maturity and performace roadmoaps, Translates this into executable annual plans.
Responsible for the successful deployment of new product introductions portfolio in the region, as well as other tactical product/parts related projects, Collaborates with site and functional leaders to timely and withing budget, execute all innitiatives
Design and deploy the regional PDP process, to enable an standardized approach to new product introductions in the region, Partners and collaborates with other functional leaders to instill a culture of process continuous improvement incorporating lessons learneds and best practices
Creates the strategy and actions plans, partnering with other funcional areas (Sourcing, Product Management, Operations, ManufacturingEngineering, etc.) to deliver productivity on annual basis aligned to business targets. Insures the creation of L&OH pipeline for all sites to meet AOP commitments
Develop and leads the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, establish strong processes in support of achieving operational metrics of safety, cost leverage, quality, delivery, and cash flow.
Leads the execution of capital investments LRP and AOP, assuring that all investments are aligned to plant strategic needs and monitors compliance to BC commitments.
Actively create a learning organization with strong engineering \problem solving skills and confidence to lead and to perform.
Frequently asseses the talent and people organizational capabilities, establishes actions plans to improve bench strenght
Responsible for designing, implementing and controling engineering changes in the region, Collaborates with other functional areas to insure the timely and proper implementation of EC.
Asses new technologies and keeps the operations manufacturing capabilities updated, to enable superior operational efficiency
Established engineering MDI's. aligned to the plant and functional needs, following Enterprise Excellence methodology
