Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Engineering MDM Manager to lead our global Engineering Master Data function as part of the ongoing Transformation Programme.
This role will take ownership of engineering master data governance, quality, and delivery across our manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate and compliant data for:
- Material Master
- Bills of Materials (BOMs) & Routings
- Equipment Master Data
You will lead a team of 8 MDM specialists globally, driving operational excellence, supporting transformation initiatives, and partnering closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and other key functions.
This role will include international travel to our manufacturing sites.

Key Focus Areas:

- Background in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and teams
