About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Specialist Matcher to connect exceptional talent in Data fields with ideal clients. This role involves matching candidates in areas such as Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, AI, and related fields. While expertise in all areas isn’t required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Our team excels at understanding clients' needs in these high-demand fields, crafting recruitment strategies to identify the best matches. You'll leverage your technical knowledge and industry experience to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless fit for both candidates and clients.

Our approach to matching goes beyond finding talent; we focus on deeply understanding client needs and creating customized recruitment strategies. Using industry expertise, we identify the specific skills and attributes required for each role to attract the best talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates in Data and AI.
  • Conduct technical interviews, assessing candidates’ proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and AI.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the technical requirements of each role.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent in Data and AI for current and future job openings.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in Data and AI recruitment.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical and strategic needs, helping them build and scale Data and AI-driven teams.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, advising on talent acquisition strategies to meet project and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant IT field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams or in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to collaborate on talent matching for highly technical roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data Engineering and Data Analytics (SQL, Big Data, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes/Warehouses) or Data Science and ML Engineering (ML models and pipelines, GenAI and LLMs, Statistics, SQL).
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge in Data and AI domains and stay updated on field trends.
  • Experience leading recruitment for technical teams, including remote interviews, technical feedback, and team fit assessments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong communication skills across locations and time zones.
  • Background in fast-paced environments like startups or tech consultancies, with proven adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Experience in multicultural settings and collaborating with diverse teams, promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather hiring requirements, offer feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Understanding of enterprise company cultures and experience sourcing talent for large-scale technical projects in Data and/or AI domains.
