As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to the teams, establish professional development plans, grow leaders from within. You’ll also expand the teams by recruiting kind, driven, and talented engineers.
- Collaborating with our three product teams to ensure they consistently develop and deliver business value through impactful product features.
- Upholding engineering excellence and processes within the teams to maintain high-quality product delivery as we grow.
- Contributing to the Product roadmap, Product & Engineering strategy, and quarterly planning.

Skills Required
- Technical background, preferably at a Senior Engineer level
- Proven track record building, leading, and inspiring technical teams
- Experience as a people leader managing engineers
- Experience recruiting and expanding engineering teams
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment
- Experience contributing to product roadmap, Product & Engineering strategy, and quarterly planning
