Job Summary

Leads a team of engineers, managing day-to-day activities and project goals. Drives technical excellence, supports team development, and ensures successful execution of engineering tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and support a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Encourage a culture of ownership, experimentation, and learning within the team.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help engineers grow in their roles.
  • Ensure that engineering work aligns with technical and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other teams to drive product development.
  • Implement and maintain engineering processes and best practices.
  • Drive improvements in engineering effectiveness and quality.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in team management, process improvement, and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading teams developing for Windows, Linux and macOS platforms.
  • Familiarity with the team´s technical stack, including: C#, C/C++, Powershell, Angular, Swift.
  • Understanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps environments such as: Azure, SQL Server, GitLan/GitHub, Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, API-centric architecture, test automation, and secure development practices. 
  • Experience working with digital certificates is a plus. #LI-NA1
