As our next Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we deliver value. Leading feature-focused teams across London, Lakeside and Barcelona, you’ll drive delivery discipline, build strong engineering culture, and make sure the work we do really moves the needle — for our business and our customers.
Leading high-performing engineering squads and helping them do their best work
Driving delivery of meaningful features that solve real problems for customers and trades
Collaborating closely with Product, Ops, Data and Commercial teams to get things done
Helping teams navigate complexity, unblock challenges and stay on track
Building a culture of ownership, clarity, and care, where people thrive
Experience leading engineering teams in a modern cloud environment (GCP or AWS)
A solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and service-based architectures
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Enthusiasm for AI-assisted engineering, and the judgement to use it responsibly
Willingness to drive adoption of tools like Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, and internal automation workflows
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A coaching mindset, with a focus on growing individuals and building team accountability
A clear, pragmatic approach to problem-solving, especially when the pressure’s on
