- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Experience:
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong background in software development, preferably with experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful projects.
- Experience leading international teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Background in working within a product delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience in modernization from legacy to Microservices.
- Hands-on experience in migration from Legacy (Sql ) databases to Nosql.
- Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
- Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadership
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
