In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our RELEX’s Forecasting and Replenishment department.

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of RELEX’s forecasting and replenishment product. You’ll lead a diverse team of Software developers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects, ensuring that our products meet customer needs with the best possible solutions.  

• Own the product end-to-end, ensuring its current and future success. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the business impact of engineering and steers the technical solution to serve the use-case the best way possible. They understand that the best technical solution is one that delivers measurable value to customers and supports our business objectives.
• Lead the team ensuring effective ways of working, prioritization, target setting, and supporting team members’ growth
• Drive the product vision
• Represent the team and collaborate with customers, product managers and other RELEX teams to ensure alignment
