Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, with demonstrated leadership skills at the associate manager level.
Skills/Abilites:
- Strong technical proficiency in software development, with expertise in programming languages and frameworks.( Java,Python)
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering robust engineering solutions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and project requirements.
