About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to work with our technical team on building and scaling AI products. Driven by our #1 core value—velocity, you'll be expected to own products end-to-end while providing technical guidance and hands-on leadership to our team of full-stack engineers
Requirements2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Previous founder or accelerated career trajectory at high-growth companies (e.g., Individual Contributor → Tech Lead → Engineering Manager)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
Fluency in Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, React, equivalent languages and strong willingness to learn.
