About the role:

Join a growing team dedicated to evolving one of the premier apps on the Salesforce AppExchange! As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented team in enhancing and expanding a well-established product relied upon by hundreds of thousands of users globally. 

You'll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in your cross functional team. Working with the latest Salesforce technologies, you'll help shape new features, optimize performance, and ensure our platform remains at the forefront of document automation and business efficiency—all while collaborating with a team that values creativity, impact, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Mentor – Guide, support, and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in their careers while maintaining high performance.
  • Drive Technical Excellence – Set best practices for coding, architecture, and system design to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Strategic Execution – Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality software.
  • Foster Collaboration – Create an inclusive, high-trust environment where engineers feel empowered to share ideas, solve problems, and innovate.
  • Optimize Processes – Continuously improve development workflows, DevOps practices, and team efficiency to deliver faster and more reliably.
  • Ensure Quality & Performance – Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes to maintain a high standard of engineering output.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical Expertise – Strong background in software development, with experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture preferred.
  • Leadership Experience – Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management Skills – Experience overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to break down complex challenges and drive technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business impact.
