Purpose
Manage the production resources of the factory so as to meet production targets and delivery datelines in accordance with maximum levels of quality, productivity and efficiency. He/she is also responsible for total site facility management. Function as the site EHS Management Representative.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of the instrument and service part build plan and material flow together with the planning team
- Review and resolve production and operational problems related to output, quality, yield, delivery and cost
- Participate in the AOP process and review and control operation matrices
- Contribute to new product transfers and start-up activities by planning and executing facilities and production resources
- Continuously improve product quality, performance, productivity, delivery and cost performance
- Ensure highest standards of safety and environmental control within the factory by implementing and controlling safety and environmental activities
- Participate in employee recruitment, developmental and motivational activities to improve morale and performance
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and company quality and safety management systems
- Participate in other activities and projects as assigned by superiors
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in production with the latest 3 - 5 years of experience acting in a production managerial capacity

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good leadership qualities, and ability in training, facilitation and coaching people
