About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team and drive the development of scalable and innovative healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering projects that align with our mission and business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare systems. As a leader, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to take ownership and innovate while ensuring the team delivers on time and with exceptional quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and a culture of collaboration.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with product management and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and goals.
  • Ensure all technical work adheres to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and product quality.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and innovation, supporting the team in adopting new technologies and approaches.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on engineering progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science
  • Proven experience as an engineering manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering, with proficiency in Typescript, Javascript, React, AWS, CSS/HTML, SQL, and other relevant tools, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in leading agile teams and managing complex engineering projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide engineers at various experience levels.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
