Role Overview:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented team in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge technical solutions that drive the company's long-term vision. You’ll foster cross-department collaboration, ensure alignment with business goals, and mentor your team to grow alongside the company’s success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Engineering Leadership: Drive innovation, lead complex projects, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing technical and business needs.
- Quality Delivery: Champion testing, proactive problem-solving, and high standards for code and documentation.
- Architectural Oversight: Guide architectural discussions, manage technical debt, and align systems design with strategic goals.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize observability, implement efficient tools, and lead incident resolution with a security-first mindset.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and inspire your team, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
What You Need for This Role:
- 5+ years in engineering roles with proven leadership experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps).
- Strong foundation in microservices architecture, database optimization (SQL Server, NoSQL, Redis), and quality assurance (TDD, automated testing).
- Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, and a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of iGaming, sports betting, or regulated industries is a bonus but not mandatory.
