What you’ll do
Lead team of engineers in implementing high quality and scalable services to support existing/new functionalities and products. Develop execution plans and technical designs in providing guidance to both team members and peers. Engage with peers across organization to build an understanding of cross dependencies, priorities, and opportunities to simplify. Lead, coordinate, and collaborate on multiple concurrent and complex cross-organizational initiatives. Develop, test, and maintain software applications and related programs and procedures. Mentor junior team members of the engineering team, guide development standards, and help define application architecture. May telecommute.
