We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is excited to impact the results of the business and eager to transform technical expertise into high-ROI success stories. In this role you'll be leading our Experimentation and Design System's teams.

Meet the Teams

The Experimentation Team is responsible for A/B testing framework at Preply and maximizing output of Product teams by constantly improving our Experimentation Framework, constantly diving deep and preparing insights to influence C-level stakeholders and help them steer Preply product development.

The Design System Team is helping to improve the Brand and UI/UX of Preply and improve efficiency of Frontend Engineers and Designers by evolving Design System and increasing it’s adoption and coverage.You will be working at the intersection of multiple departments (Engineering, Product, Data, Design and Marketing) and having a huge potential for team and your personal growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, coach and grow a team of diverse and talented engineers, always looking for opportunities to improve performance and results.
• Set the vision for the team and create and nurture a culture of high performance.
• Identifying opportunities of high-ROI projects, aligning and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on these projects.
• Improve engineering quality and efficiency (e.g. improve workflow, code review, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the whole company from Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design.
