We are looking for an Engineering Manager to step into a high-visibility leadership role at Pushpay. Sitting front and centre of a major product modernisation initiative, you will lead high-performing squads, collaborate with Product and Tech Leads, and directly shape how thousands of customers experience our platform.

- Drive Execution & Delivery: Work closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers to translate product strategy into seamless execution.
- Be the Tech Conversant Leader: While you don't need to be writing code, you have enough technical depth to engage in architecture discussions, ask probing questions, challenge estimates, and call out roadblocks.
- Translate Tech to Business: Act as a bridge between engineering complexity and product/business goals—communicating trade-offs and impact with ease.
- Uplift Engineering Culture: Promote modern software practices (AWS, CI/CD, AI-assisted tooling) and act as an enabler for your teams by clearing friction and bottlenecks.
