We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack - Authentication / Authorization Specialist to lead and inspire our technical teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who excels in balancing technical leadership with effective team management, ensuring alignment with business and product goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Implement authentication and authorization systems (back + front) using Auth0 + Clara's platform, ensuring secure and seamless access to applications.
- Design and integrate APIs and services on both frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices and high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.
Requirements for this position:
Technical Skills- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, including both frontend (React, Angular, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience implementing authentication and authorization with Auth0 or similar identity management platforms.
- Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies, distributed architecture and secure software design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external services.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and basic database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 3+ years of proven experience leading high-performance technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineers across various levels of seniority.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Open to change, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills.
