WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of the Center of Excellence in Product Development & Engineering, you will:
Lead and scale high-performing SAP Finance teams focused on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric digital experiences.
Own end-to-end SAP FICO solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and third-level support.
Champion engineering and process excellence, operational efficiency, and quality standards across cross-functional teams.
Translate business objectives into executable plans, balancing technical depth with strategic direction.
Contribute to global digital transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA innovations.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Work with global cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, SAP Engineers, Data Analysts, and Finance Stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with QA, Training, Usability, and Transport Management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Engage with senior leadership to align on strategic goals and business priorities.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone with:
14+ years in SAP Finance (FICO), including 3–4 years of hands-on people management—leading direct reportees, driving performance reviews, and supporting career progression
Mentored and coached team members to align with both business goals and individual growth paths—driving high employee engagement and retention
Fostered a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Oversaw resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization across concurrent projects and initiatives
Expertise in core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Proven leadership in managing diverse engineering teams and delivering high-impact enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of modern SAP functionalities and architecture in S/4HANA.
And someone who is:
A collaborative leader and effective communicator who can inspire and mentor high-performing teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to also see the big picture and make strategic decisions.
