Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.
We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.

Your Team
Help shape how our company sells, bills, and recognizes revenue at scale. Our Order to Cash (O2C) transformation team is rebuilding core commercial workflows as we move away from legacy tooling and toward a subscription-first operating model with Keylight (SaaS). You’ll work in a cross-functional environment with engineering, product, SalesTech (Salesforce), and Finance teams (SAP) to improve how systems and teams connect across the customer journey.
Your Role
Lead the technical delivery of a multi-system transformation program, from design through rollout, with a strong focus on integrations across Salesforce, Keylight, and SAP.
Build and support a high-performing team: coach engineers and product support colleagues, set clear expectations, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and operational teams (e.g., Accounts Receivable).
Establish practical integration and delivery standards (e.g., architecture patterns, quality gates, documentation, runbooks) to enable reliable operations and faster change.
Act as a platform and domain leader for Keylight: help teams make good decisions, avoid rework, and get more value from the platform over time.
Work side-by-side with the technical product owner to define outcomes, plan roadmaps, and deliver improvements in increments.
Manage collaboration with our service partners to drive progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure sustainable, maintainable solutions.
Your Profile
Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex programs that span multiple enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of Order to Cash processes (e.g., quoting to cash collection, billing, revenue-related workflows) and the realities of operating back-office platforms.
Integration experience in environments involving Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP experience is helpful). Keylight experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on problem solving, especially in ambiguous transformation settings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around clear decisions and trade-offs.
Background in data, platform, or infrastructure migrations, including retiring legacy systems safely.
Experience working effectively with external SaaS vendors and implementation or service partners.
