As an Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers to build the next set of features that help further advance strongDM’s products. You will also foster a culture of growth and help the individuals on your teams with their growth and development aspirations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple software development teams
- Hire, develop, and grow the talent in the team
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure your teams' contributions align with company objectives, develop technology roadmaps, and set realistic product release schedules
- Drive cross-team collaboration and communication with other internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of strongDM’s engineering management team, helping us build high-performance teams.
Requirements:
- You have a passion for enabling and motivating people to do their best work
- You work very well cross-functionally, and are able to think rigorously and make hard decisions and tradeoffs
- 3 or more years of experience managing multiple software development teams
- 7 or more years of previous hands-on software development experience
- Familiarity or past experience with compiled languages such as C/C++, Go or Rust
- Previous experience with building enterprise SaaS products preferred
- Remote experience preferred
Compensation:
- zł 30,000- zł 60,000 PLN per month + equity
